It was also observed that a roof structure was built over a bulkhead without a permit. You are directed to apply for a demo permit to dismantle the modifications to the garage and dismantle the roof over the bulkhead by June 27,2025. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing. During the same inspection, it was also observed that the basement was finished without a permit and is currently being used as a habitable space without proper means of egress. You are directed to cease and desist the unpermitted use of the basement. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
