Dear Owner,
It has come to the building department's attention that the property at 125 Ocean Avenue is
being used as an unpermitted contractor's yard. This is a violation of the City of Salem's
Ordinances Section 3.1.4.
You are directed to cease and desist the improper use of this property by July 7, 2025. Failure to
comply will result in municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
