It has come to my attention that the property of 459 Highland Avenue is being used
as a contractor's yard,junk yard, and possibly storing of unregistered vehicles. This
is in violation of the City of Salem's Zoning Ordinance section 3.1.4. You are now
required to have a mandatory inspection at the property.
Inspection Date: Thursday May 15, 2025, 2:00 P.M.
Please contact the building department within 5 days of receiving this notice to
avoid fines. Failure to comply will result in municipal violation tickets. Contact the
Building Department at (978) 619-5662 upon receipt of this notice. If you are
aggrieved by this letter, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals
