Dear Property Owner,
As of June 10, 2025, it has come to the building department's attention that work began without
a permit at 38 Willson Street. This is a violation Salem MA Code of Ordinances Section 12-2
and International Building Code Section 105.1.
You are directed to disassemble the entire roof structure that has been built extending off the
back of the garage by June 23, 2025. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
