At the time of inspection, the inspector did not observe water leakage around or below the kitchen sink and its pipes after turning on the kitchen sink's hot and cold water. The inspector did observe a small puddle of water in the cupboard beneath the kitchen sink, but could not determine the source of the water. The inspector advises the property owner to investigate this complaint.
