provide site plan of work meeting requirements of Engineering Rules & Regulations
signed and stamped by a professional engineer registered in Massachusetts. A peer
review, paid for by the Applicant, will be required prior to the Engineering
Department's sign-off on the building permit.

I don't know if you are familiar with the Engineering Departments process to review
new construction, but typically when a project does not require site plan review or any
special permit through the Planning Board, the first opportunity that Engineering gets
to review the proposed project is during the Building Permit process. A full review of
the plans will be required prior Engineering sign off on the building permit, which
includes a peer review paid for by applicant.In order to facilitate and expedite the
review process, please submit a letter identifying how each item from the Engineering
Rules and Regulations is being addressed. If you believe an item is not applicable just
write "not applicable" for that particular item. Here is the link to the Engineering Rules

Engineering-Rules-and-Regulations-PDFI will be putting together the scope of work
for the peer review services soon, if you planning in submitting the letter as described
above I will wait for that before I sent the request for proposal, otherwise I will move
forward requesting the proposals from out on-call consultants. Let me know as soon
as possible.

Hi Giovanna, I will provide the letter, I had worked on this with the Civil Engineer that
produced the drawing.

William, I have sent the request for proposal to our on-call Engineering firms for the
peer review of this project. Proposal are due by the end of the day, on Wednesday,
May 7th. I am hoping to share with you the proposals by May 9th, so you can issue a
check to the City to cover the cost of the peer review and we can establish the
account with the Engineering firm you select to complete the peer review.
