2. A Dimensional Table showing the existing setbacks and proposed setbacks on the

3. Information: How many dwelling units are on the property, and how many dwelling
units will there be after this construction? Also, what changes are being made to the
third floor?

Hello Brennan, It was very nice speaking to you earlier. I am sending you the written
responses to the questions we spoke about on the phone. 1. I have printed the petition
and will be bringing it by later today. 2. I am waiting for the surveyor that did our plot
plan to get back to me with the dimensional table filled out. 3. There are 2 dwelling
units on the property and it will remain 2 dwelling units. On the third floor only the
interior is being renovated, no dormers are being added. We will remove the chimneys
and put skylights. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you,
