Applicant's Description of Work:We are working with osgood company to paint our house. We would like to
change the color to Benjamin Moore Annapolis Gray HC-176, and the trim
to Benjamin Moore Simply White OC-117, and the shutters and doors
black. I also plan on replacing the front gutters and downspouts as they
are in rough shape and are leaking. I would be replacing the gutters with
the same style alluminum gutters that are currently on the house. I would
paint the gutters the trim color. The gutters on the back of the house we
would keep in place as they are not in need of repair. Lastly, osgood
mentioned putting in a gable vent on the dormered part of the house. We
are not 100 percent sure that we want him to do it, but I just wanted to add
it to the application that way we have approval if we decide to go through
with the vents. Thanks!
