Description of Work Proposed:
• In-kind replacement of four (4) second story windows on rear addition that are visible from a public way named
in the district. Existing windows are vinyl replacement windows with between-the-glass grids. Applicant proposes
to replicate these windows with new Harvey vinyl windows. Applicant has option to consider a more historically
appropriate window through the Certificate of Appropriateness process.
Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
