In response to your letter of February 12, 1999, I agree to stop using the third floor apartment
located in my house at 4446 Dow Street. I have given notice to the person living in this apartment
to move by April lir 1999. I have already sent you a copy of the Notice to Quit for Possession to
Ana Gonzalez dated February 9, 1999. As soon she moves out the apartment I will remove all
kitchen equipment from the 3rd floor. Thereafter,I will use the third floor for my use only and not
rent it as an apartment. I will notify when I have removed the kitchen equipment.
