We are proposing to scrape, repair, and repaint (color match) exterior trim and fascia. The current gutter system is undersized and causes rain runoff to overrun the gutter, rotting the fascia beneath. We are planning to remove the gutter, repair the fascia and consider gutter replacement (pending cost). If replacing gutter - material will be copper, to match existing material. The only alteration would be increasing the size of the gutter to match the size and pitch of the roof. - Location: Chestnut Street elevation (North facing). This is in the public view. 2. We are proposing to scrape, repair, reglaze, and repaint (color match) window sills, window muntins/ mullions on exterior windows. Where replacement materials are necessary - we will use mahogany. This includes (3) palladian windows and (4) double hung windows. 6/18/25, 12:25 PM about:blank about:blank 1/2 - Location: Rear of Hamilton Hall, between 7 Cambridge Street and 9 Cambridge Street. We do not anticipate replacement materials. - Location: Cambridge Street elevation. This is in the public view. 3. We are proposing to replace (4) exterior doors, including the sidelites/ transom glazing when applicable, in like kind. Drawings for this replacement are attached for your review. Drawings are from Simpson Door. All measurements are from existing doors to replicate as close as possible. However, some of the rear doors are not original (metal doors/ cheap Home Depot replacements) and are being replaced in-kind to match the rest of the exterior doors (see attached photos). Doors and surrounds will be painted (color match). Door hardware to remain the same where possible. Where necessary to replace, hardware to replicate existing. - Location: (3) Doors are at the rear of Hamilton Hall, between 7 Cambridge Street and 9 Cambridge Street. (South facing) This is not in the public view. (1) Door is on the Chestnut Street elevation (North Facing). This door is in the public view. 4. Shutters will be painted to color match. - Location: (5) sets of shutters on the Chestnut Street elevation and (14) sets of shutters on the Cambridge Street elevation.
