Dear Property Owner,
It has come to my attention that the shrubs on the property at 117-119 Loring Avenue
have overgrown on the sidewalk. This obstructs the safe passage of travel for pedestrians
which is a violation of the City of Salem's Ordinances section 38-9.
You are directed to trim the shrubs back to allow unobstructed access to the sidewalk
within 7 days of receipt of this letter. If you are aggrieved by this letter, please contact the
Building Department at(978)619-5662 upon receipt of this notice.
