Dear owner,
Per our mandatory inspection of your property on May 29, 2025, it was observed
that the property at 8 Dunlap Street underwent an addition-renovation project
dating back to July 2007. The current permit, B-2008-0041, is no longer valid. The
job is incomplete, and the addition structure is uninhabitable. New permits must be
pulled to continue work followed by proper inspections in order to obtain a
certificate of occupancy.
If you are aggrieved by this notice,your appeal is to the Board of Building
Regulations and Standards.
