- Application package submitted by Chris Lohring on April 16, 2025 and subsequent revised site plans and
furniture.
Conditions of Approval:
- Consistency with Approved Design/Plans: Should the applicant determine that the project may not be completed
as presented and conditioned herein, he/she/they shall return to the DRB to review proposed modifications prior to
making any changes in the field.

Findings:
- The Board found that the outdoor dining area, as proposed and conditioned herein, is consistent with the City's
Outdoor Dining Policy and the standards and regulations in the Downtown Renewal Plan.

When two customers desire to sit across from each other, two of these tables will be paired
together to double the width of the table. Two benches will be removed to provide knee spaces
of 30 inches high, 42 inches wide, and 26 inches deep for both customers.

No seats, as this is a stand up table.
Planters / Barriers
These planters (15 in total) will mark the boundary and provide a barrier / security to the
pedestrian traffic on the harborwalk. Any significant spaces between the barriers will be seduced
by a 2” to 6” continuous rail per code. The height of the planters is listed as 32.5, but will be
raised when put in place to meet the 36” to 38“ height code.
