GENERAL COMMENTS / INSTRUCTIONS
For today’s service, I spoke with homeowner who mentioned mice activity unit one and basement
Was able to get into the basement. I set up eight bait stations for mice up on the sills.
First floor unit was not home. I called Landlord. She said she was going to call them with no luck. I advised her if they did not show up within 20 minutes they would have to
be serviced on the follow up service.
I waited 20
Min no one arrived
I place out a exterior bait station near trash area for rodent control
I then Treated the exterior of the home with a residual treatment for the control of ants and seasonal invaders.
Office will call to schedule 2-4 week follow up for unit 1 and basement.
Units 2 and 3 did not need service today.
