Observations:The occupant informed the inspector there was an issue with the heating system not providing enough
heat. At the time of inspection the inspector observed the thermostat was on and heat was radiating from the radiators.
Air temperatures were not recorded because the inspector did not have an air probe and the temperature outside at the
time of inspection was in the lower 60's making it difficult to determine heating system efficiency.. The inspector offers to

The inspector did not observe evidence of mice in the dwelling unit at the time of re-inspection. The occupant informed the
inspector he occasionally hears mice in his ceiling.
The inspector contacted the property manager, Maggie Turcotte, and informed her of what the occupant told him about hearing
mice in the ceiling. The property manager acquired a pest control service with an annual contract to exterminate mice on the
property and delivered documentation of the initial service to the inspector for the Salem Board of Health's records.
