The occupant informed the inspector he occasionally hears mice in his ceiling. The inspector contacted the property manager, Maggie Turcotte, and informed her of what the occupant told him about hearing mice in the ceiling. The property manager acquired a pest control service with an annual contract to exterminate mice on the property and delivered documentation of the initial service to the inspector for the Salem Board of Health's records.
