In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted of your
property located at 4 Green Street, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the Salem
Board of Health on May 13, 2025. At that time the following items were still outstanding:
Dining Room:
- The dining room's closet's sliding door has not been reattached to its track.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this apartment.
All other violations noted in the inspection report of February 20, 2025, have been
corrected.
