Dear Mr. Kieran:
In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted of your
property located at 4 Cabot Street Unit 2, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the
Salem Board of Health on May 15, 2025. At that time the following items were still outstanding:
Kitchen:
- The ceiling is still leaking and has loose paint and brown discoloration.
In addition to the remaining violation, there are signs of water leakage in the front
stairway's ceiling and the living room's ceiling. See the accompanying report for more
details.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection
of this apartment.
