▪ Replace existing wood gutters on rear porch with new copper gutters and aluminum downspouts with the
following conditions:
o Copper gutters to replicate profile of existing wood gutters;
o All existing bed molding on porch cornice to remain intact;
o Aluminum downspouts to be installed at each end of gutter;
o Option to paint copper gutters to match trim color or leave unpainted;
o Downspouts to be painted to match underlying house color.
