▪ Replace existing wood gutters on sides of rear ells and install new gutter on rear elevation of ell
with fiberglass gutters with the following conditions:
▪ Gutters to replicate profile of existing wood gutters;
▪ Gutters to be painted to match existing house trim;
▪ Existing downspouts to remain in current locations; and
▪ Applicant has option to use heavy gauge extruded aluminum gutters such as Duragutter as
an alternative to fiberglass.
