■ New 400 amp electric meter(27"W x 26"T x 6'D or smaller ifpossible)and 3"diameter weatherhead
in same location as existing. All to be painted to match underlying house color and meter to be screened
with evergreen vegetation;
■ Window modifications:
■ Replace two (2) existing first floor windows on fagade of side ell with new Anderson
Woodwright windows to match dimensions, configuration (616) and alignment of existing
windows on second floor per attached image.
■ Install new 616 Anderson Woodwright window on second floor of rear elevation in location of
previous window per attached image. New window to match dimensions of original missing
window.
■ Cut sheet/product specifications for new windows to be submitted to Commission for rnal
review and approval by Commissioner Martinez prior to installation.
■ NOTE:Exterior electric outlets and light fixtures are not subject to review by the Commission.
