Hardware: If you window has hardware such as locks and lifts, please let us know if you would like us to clean, replace, discard, or keep the hardware as is. Changes requested by the client to quantities or scope of work may lead to additional charges and changes to the project timeline. Often the fit of windows changes from season to season, we are always happy to tweak the fit in the first year after work is completed at no additional charge. Our team has completed the EPA RPP certification training and we have received our Certification to Conduct Lead Based Paint Activities and Renovations.
