*This work will be done to the 2" and 3rd floor of the front facade. The grade level entrance of
the restaurant will remain as is, wood and painted. A separate application will be submitted for
paint of restaurant entrance. Currently, the front siding is leaking into first floor of the building
as we aim for a March 1 opening date.
*Copper roof trim was installed over the white aluminum edge metal that previously existed
over the single story restaurant area and across the first floor roof edge above bar entrance.
Siding and Window Replacement
1. Wooden Shingle Replacement— 18"xRandomWx3/8" to match existing on 3 other sides
of building.
2. Trim Replacement—composite white window trim with band molding around outside
trim.
3. Window Replacement— Double hung replacement windows with 4 over 1.
