Description of Approval of Work:
• Replace wood shingle siding on Derby Street elevation (east) with Hardi Plank siding in "Iron Gray"
with the following conditions:
■ Siding to be smooth side out
• Replace second and third story windows on Derby Street elevation (east) with Mathews Brothers
windows to match windows installed at 143 Derby Street with the following conditions:
■ Windows to replicate existing window dimensions at 152 Derby Street as closely as possible;
■ Windows to be in factory finished Black; and
■ Windows to be 611 and 411 configurations with 518"muntins and bronze spacer bars.
• Replace existing wood trim on Derby Street elevation (east) with wood or composite with the
following conditions:
■ Final determination of cornerboard dimensions and details to be confirmed in the field with
Commissioners Joyce and Martinez; and
• Window trim to replicate existing second floor window trim with band molding.
• New trim to be painted Benjamin Moore "Black Forest Green"
