Pleased be advised that we, Laine K. Chase, Trustee of the 250 Highland
Avenue Realty Trust and 260 Highland Avenue Realty Trust, owners of 250
Highland Avenue and 260 Highland Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts (the
“Property”), hereby authorize the law office of Correnti Kolick LLP, on behalf of
PN Restaurants, to make application to the City of Salem Zoning Board of
Appeal, Planning board, Conservation Commission, and any other municipal or
state authority necessary for the permitting of a fast food restaurant with a drive-
through at the Property.
