Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of
MICHAEL BECKER at 15 CROSBY
STREET (Map 08, Lot 0044) (R1 Zon-
ing District) for a Variance per Sec-tion 4.1.1 Dimensional Requirements
to subdivide an existing conforming
lot and construct a new single-family structure on the subdivided lot. The subdivision will decrease the exist-
ing lot’s area to 13,283 square feet
where 15,000 is required and create
a second 15,013 square foot lot. The second lot will have eleven (11) feet
of frontage where one hundred (100)
is required
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6:30
PM via remote participation. The
agenda will be posted to the City
Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on https://www.salemma.gov/
by April 11, 2025, in accordance
with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
