Dear Property Owner,
1t has come to my attention that the shrubs on the property at
416 Lafayette Street has overgrown on the sidewalk. This
obstructs the safe passage of travel for pedestrians which is a
violation of the City of Salem's Ordinances section 38-9.
You are directed to trim the shrubs back to allow unobstructed
access of the sidewalk within 15 days of receipt of this letter.
