The building department has received and confirmed complaints regarding the
exterior of the property being under construction for a substantial amount of
time and has become unsightly. It has also been observed that possibly
unregistered vehicles, trailers, and boats are being stored on the property which
is a violation of section 24-21 of the City of Salem's Ordinances.
You are directed to contact the building department within 7 days of receiving this
letter to schedule a Mandatory Building Inspection. Failure to respond will result
in municipal ticketing.
