Dear Joao and Lucia Silva,
During an inspection on May 15, 2025, it was observed that the property at 8
Dunlap Street had potentially unregistered vehicles stored on the premises. This is a
violation of section 24-21. It was also noted that in 2007, an addition was permitted
for the building(19385, B-2008-0041). The structure is incomplete and appears to
be occupied with no records of inspections taking place, which is a building code
violation.
Inspection Date: May 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM
Contact the building department at 978 619 5662 within 5 days of receipt of this
letter to avoid municipal ticketing. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal
is to the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
