The land with the building thereon, situated in said Salem,known as 16-18 Loring Avenue and
shown as most of Lot 23 and a part of Lot 25 on plan entitled, "Plan of a portion of the Derby
Farm in Salem July 1867"'recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 727,
Page 300,more particularly bounded and described as follows:
