25’2” X 8’5”. 3 Smith Street does not meet any of the required setbacks in the R2 Zoning District. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 6:30 PM via remote
participation. The agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com by July 12, 2024 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
