Replace existing siding with new Hardiboard siding smooth side exposed in “Artic White” with the following conditions:
Clapboards to have 4½” exposure:
Cornerboards to be 6” to 8” in width;
Skirtboard details to be determined in the field by Commissioners Spang and Meche;
Window trim details to be determined in the field with sample provided for view.
