These deficiencies include but not necessarily limited to the following: I. Need additional emergency lighting - Path of Maze (2 areas are not covered) 2. Need emergency light in hallway of lavatories area and additional "E" Lights in stalls also. 3. Need additional "E" lights in store area. 4. Relocate exit light and sign in Seance Rooms. 5. Rear most exit stairs need handrails. Also note-that no floor plans are on file with this officer nor posted at your location showing EXIT PATH as required by law.
