As we have a Council subcommittee meeting 8/21, am submitting the following
testimony for #3, 23 Naples, Gabe Roses in support of his request for a special permit.

I'm writing in support of Mr. Roses' request for a special permit. I've known Gabe and his
family for awhile and appreciate not only how they interact with their neighbors, but
contribute to our community. He let me know that because the increased size will only
impact their rear neighbor and terrific they've expressed sensitivities to them. Thank you
for your consideration.
