The Undersigned represent(s)that they are the owner(s)of a certain parcel of land located at:

An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Propose two forms of relief: 1)a Special Permit to change about 20,000 SF of the building from current nonconforming use for storage
for boats and cars,to another nonconforming use for use of warehouse,storage,packaging and distribution,and 2)a Special Permit
allow warehouse,storage and distribution uses anywhere within the entire building.
For this reason,1 am requesting:
(J Variance(s)from provisions of Section of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from.
[_1W@J A Special Permit under Section Section 3.3.2 for both forms of relief of the Zoning Ordinance in order to 1.Special Permit to
change existing nonconforming use in about 20,000 SF of the building from boat and car storage to another nonconforming use for
warehouse,storage,packaging and distribution uses and 2)a Special Permit to allow all areas of the building to be used for warehouse,
storage and distribution which are nonconforming in the NRCC District.

The Undersigned hereby petitions the Board of Appeals to vary the terms of the Salem Zoning Ordinance and allow the project to be
constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
