result of the project would enhance the look of the property as well and please the
residents at 204 North street to see their beautifully remodeled addition every time they
pull into their driveway. The proposed renovation does not and will not decrease setbacks
from either the rear or side yards as all construction is within the existing footprint which
will remain unaltered. With little to no impact to the natural environment and the only
impact to traffic flow and parking being potential during construction, we believe such a
renovation is not at all more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non -
conformity of the structure
