HARDY STREET. (Map 41 , Lot 0030) (R2/B1 Zoning Districts) for a Special Permit per Section
3.3.3 Nonconforming Structures to construct one new dormer and a third-floor addition on the property.
The proposed dormer and third-floor addition will provide additional living space for the new unit
that was previously approved by the Board of Appeals on August 14, 2023The public hearing will be
held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 6:30 PM via remote participation. The agenda will be
posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com by November 15th,
2024, in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
