The property at 13 Scenic Ave is a corner lot with three front yards and one rear yard. The structure is existing nonconforming on the front yard along Scenic Ave at 10’ where 15’ is required. The new proposed structure will decrease one existing nonconforming front setback along Scenic Place from 0’ to 3’ where 15’ is required. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM via remote participation. The agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com by December 11, 2024, in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
