The proposal to replace my existing porch/2nd egress would:
Allow for additional use of the property. I intend to apply to allow for additional parking.
Currently, the driveway can only accommodate parking for one of my three units. The other
three units are currently parking on the street. The additional parking would increase the tax -
basis of the property. This would also reduce clutter on the street and increase safety. Utilities
and other public services wou ld be unaffected. There will be no impact on on the natural
environment or drainage, as any additional parking would be in compliance with 38 -62 to ensure
that no storm water runoff is being directed to an adjacent property; as well as maintain 8” of
impervious area for runoff volume.
