and Peabody, Mass.," dated October 1895,recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds,
Book 1456, Page 600,and containing 3,600 square feet of land according to said plan.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed to Stanley J. Wisniewski and Theresa
M. Wisniewski as tenants by the entirety by deed from George C. Cutter et ux dated July 1, 1981 and
recorded with Essex Southern District Registry of Deeds at Book 6836,Page 625. Said Theresa M.
Wisniewski having predeceased Stanley J. Wisniewski on June 28, 2005, as evidenced by death
certificate recorded herewith. See also Estate of Stanley J. Wisniewski (Essex County Probate Court
and Family Court Docket ES22P1146EA). Said Stanley J.Wisniewski having died on May 28, 2021
as evidenced by death certificate on file with said Essex County Probate Court and Family Court.
The signatory herein,Edward M.Wisniewski,as Personal Representative of the Estate of Stanley J.
Wisniewski, hereby attests under pains and penalties or perjury that no devisee or person of interest
in said Estate occupies or maintains any rights of homestead in the subject premises.
The signatory herein,Anne Marie Berube, devisee under the will of said Stanley J. Wisniewski,
hereby joins the foregoing deed to release and terminate any and all rights of first refusal as set forth
in said will.
