TECHNIQUES TO DIRECT WATER DRAINAGE AWAY FROM STRUCTURES.
TREES AND VEGETATION: MARKED TREES AND VEGETATION MUST BE PROTECTED.
VISUALLY CONFIRM THEIR LOCATIONS BEFORE BEGINNING ANY WORK IN THESE AREAS.
SAFETY: IMPLEMENT BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, INCLUDING SETTING UP BARRIERS OR
WARNING SIGNS AROUND HAZARDOUS AREAS, USING MANUAL METHODS.
CLEAN-UP: MAINTAIN A CLEAN SITE, FREE OF DEBRIS, THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION
PROCESS. DAILY CLEAN-UP IS MANDATORY.
EROSION CONTROL: EROSION CONTROL MEASURES, SUCH AS STRAW BALES OR SILT
FENCES, MUST BE PLACED IN RUNOFF-PRONE AREAS USING MANUAL TECHNIQUES.
VERIFICATION OF BOUNDARIES: PROPERTY BOUNDARIES ARE BASED ON VISIBLE
MARKERS, SUCH AS
FENCES OR CORNER STAKES. ENSURE ALL WORK REMAINS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED
BOUNDARIES.
