Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of ROD RIVERA at 91
TREMONT STREET (Map 16, Lot 297) (R2 Zoning District) for a Variance to build an addition
and dormer on the third floor.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 6:30 PM via remote
participation. The agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on
