This is such a remote location at the end of Mason Street and at the bottom of Mack Park, which completely surrounds the property, that there are no other houses on our side of the street even visible to the left or right, which defeats the purpose of the streetscape. There are several residences on the other side of Mason St. who will get notice, but I do not think the ordinance requires a streetscape for them. Please respond before the hearing in January so that I may have one prepared, but it will not even show any abutters on our side of the street.
