Dear Robin,
I wasnt sure who to address my thoughts to, and there were no email addresses/links to others on this
Board, so I'm reaching out to you.
I find it quite perplexing to see the appeals presented to this board when most are in major violations
of ordinances the city has set up . Of particular note on this agenda is the 90 Mason street petition
was requesting variances on building height, multiple setbacks and location in the front yard (which
is not allowed). Also, on 109 North street, the requested lot area size is less than half of requirement.
It is understood that some projects may be a foot or so off the zoning ordinances, but these aren't
even anywhere in the ballpark. I'm hoping that the Board takes the ordinances seriously when
considering these requests in respect for neighboring properties and city limits.
Thanks,
Linda Ferraresso
67 Aurora Lane,
Salem
