Statement of Hardship(for Variances): 42&44 Harbor Street feature four residences in total:two 1-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units.On-site parking is available for four vehicles, but due to the current curb cut,only two of these spots are usable. Extending the curb cut to 35 feet would create two additional parking spaces,helping to alleviate parking congestion in this high-demand area.By providing residents with access to these extra spots, we can free up street parking for others in the neighborhood.
