Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of JESSE DEBENEDICTIS at 11
JACKSON STREET (Map 25,Lot 0142) (R2 Zoning District) for a Variance per Section 4.1.1 Dimensional
Requirements and a Permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single and Two-family Structures to construct a rear
addition onto the home,increasing the rear setback to ten (10) feet where thirty(30)is required.This rear
addition will extend the existing non-conforming setback of five (5) feet on the left side of the lot,and nine
(9) feet on the right side of the lot.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,March 19,2025 at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com by March 14,
2025 in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
