With approval of this change, we are able to create a third bedroom on the third floor to accomodate the family's need to have separate bedrooms for their children. The home owner was raised in the house and his parents had converted the structure to a 2- family. He chose to move his family into the top unit as a means of raising his children close to their grandparents and remaining in the community he grew up in.
