have shared with us their plans to renovate their home on
Memorial Drive. We understand that the project requires a
Special Permit to extend the existing nonconforming building
and a variance to construct a 6 foot deep front porch from the
zoning regualtions.
We have reviewed all the proposed plans and images and feel
