Quinn of the firm of Tinti, Navins, P.C. of Salem, MA, or any other attorney in his firm, sign, file and process for approval on my behalf, and on behalf of any successor to my title, a petition for zoning relief to allow both an Adult Day Care Center, and a Specialty Grocery Store to occupy portions of the premises, and operate their businesses in the structure as it exists, or may be modified, with on-site parking for each occupant, including any shared parking as approved by your Board.The existing tenant, Davita Health, is to continue to also use and operate its business in the structure as previously approved by your Board.
