Ahead of the zoom call:
I think the confusion relates to the day care parking calcualtion.
We're calling adult day care a medical clinic use.
I'm told there are 4 professionals and 20 employees, so:
That use from the zoning ordinance requires 1 space per professional office = 4 spaces, plus 1 space per 2 employees
= 10, plus 2 client spaces per professional = 8
This totals 22 spaces which is shown on the site plan and the calculation is shown on the zoning chart (and also what
the Owner thinks is needed)
The 43 davita spaces requirement came from a prior approval and the grocery store uses the 1 space per 150 s.f.
criteria is what we used. We netted out 2,500 s.f. of storage when we did that one to account for al the refrigerators
and storerooms and etc.
